5 Day Personal Lines Training

For eight weeks we focus on Personal Lines Insurance. During this time we review the quoting process, calculating replacement cost on dwelling, introduction and usage of quoting forms, dwelling fire policy forms, homeowner’s policy forms, homeowners endorsements, automobile policy forms and personal umbrella policy forms. Underwriting guidelines for carriers are also reviewed in great detail during this time. The agent works one-on-one with our personal lines trainer during this time to learn the carriers and how to close the sale.

 

5 Day Commercial Lines Training

This is a 16 week course that focuses on Commercial Lines Insurance. One on one mentoring is provided throughout the course and commercial lines submissions are paramount to the participants success. Submissions provides the participant with real life experience while having the sole support of the commercial lines trainer. The education focus is ISO form based and allows the participant to learn the ins and outs of various commercial lines coverages, how the carriers underwrite risks and how to sell the product to the client. The curriculum is based on the following lines of coverage: Property, General Liability, Business Owners Policies, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Garage and an overview of Cyber Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability and Professional Liability.
