Commercial Lines Insurance New Agent Development Specialist
ICA Agency Alliance which is part of Insurance Journals largest #1 independent insurance agencies network, located in Colorado Springs is looking for a highly motivated Commercial Lines New Agent Development Specialist with 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and loves working with others, to become a part of our training team!

The Commercial Lines New Agent Development Specialist is a new position within the ICA Training Team, and the responsibilities of the position include educating member agencies on commercial lines coverages, commercial lines underwriting and marketing while placing new business accounts on behalf of our member agencies. This position requires a high level of organization, prioritization and exceptional interpersonal skills.
This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Compensation will vary based on experience. Full-time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term care are offered with personal time off, paid holidays, and more with the opportunity for advancement.
- Must be Colorado licensed in property/casualty
- Have 5 years of commercial lines experience
- Capable of handling a large workflow
- Be upbeat, positive, hard-working, resourceful
- Must be a team player while offering ways of improving the member’s experience to assist them in commercial lines insurance

Commercial Lines Specialist
Insurance Journals largest #1 independent insurance network has a local office in Colorado Springs, CO, licensed in many states, and is looking for a highly motivated Commercial Lines Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in property/casualty insurance.
The Commercial Lines Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, educating member agencies, commercial lines coverages, billing, renewals, marketing and limited underwriting. This position requires a high level of multi-tasking, organization, prioritization and exceptional interpersonal skills.
